A message prompt of “low battery, attempting black start” is received on the mobile App

Please check the grid power supply. Check whether the solar generation equipment has stopped running or there is not sufficient sunshine.

①“Low battery” and “black start” indicate that the battery has a very low power level and that the system power and auxiliary power source will shut down and the system will enter sleep mode. Once the system enters sleep mode, it will attempt to restart automatically on the next day when sufficient sunshine is available for the solar PV system to charge the battery pack.  Any other power source connected to the aGate can also be used to recharge the aPower.

②By default, black start restart is scheduled at 10:00, 12:00, and 14:00. The timing cannot be adjusted.

③For black start, please shut off all power-consuming devices. Confirm that the FHP equipment has started normally.

④You can leave sleep mode and have your system run normally by switching off the round button on the side panel of aPower and attempting restart again after waiting for 10 seconds to press the round power button

⑤Black start consumes power, so it is recommended that you attempt to start the system manually when there is sufficient solar PV power generated, or otherwise your system may become locked.
