When your system is not reporting. you can reconnecting your aGate X.
Step1: Turn the aGate's EMS switch to OFF, the switch light off.
Step2: Wait for 2 minutes, the aGate's EMS is completely powered off.
Step3: Turn the EMS switch to ON, the switch light on.
Step4: Wait for 3 minutes ,aGate's EMS will complete the restart.
Step5: Reconnect aGate X with your FranklinWH APP
