FranklinWH installation training consists of training sessions provided by FranklinWH to its installers, where they are trained to install, commission and maintain the FHP system. Completing the training sessions and accompanying tests means that you are qualified for the installation of FHP products. Your installer account will be certified, so that you can log into the FranklinWH app and use it to activate new products and use other installation tools.
How do I become certified?
You must be affiliated with an installation company which will assign you an installer account.
You can then participate in the FranklinWH training. Once you have passed the tests you will receive notice of certification and be able to log in to the FranklinWH app.
Where can I find the installer certification Training?
Once your company has set up your installer account you can go here https://training.franklinwh.com/ for the latest and greatest training content from the Franklin team. You must complete all sessions and pass the final test to get the certification.
