FHP Remote Troubleshooting Investigation via Installer App

We encourage our installers to do a brief remote investigation via our app before rolling a truck to site for troubleshooting. This can save time and money and prepare you better for the visit.

If you click on the image on the aGate, it will open up the EMS live data page that will allow you to check various readings from the site right here on your phone!


If you notice a red exclamation point indicating a fault, try clicking on it. 

This will provide you with the alarm code, name, and the SN of the component it is impacting.

 Click again for more detail. You will be provided with troubleshooting instructions and a photo.
