View the installer account information
1. Enter the “account list” Page
2. Select "External"
3. Enter the installer name , account ,email or some key words
4. Click “Search” ,filter the list of eligible accounts
5. Click "View" ,get more details of the account
Edit installer information
1. Enter the “account list” Page
2. Select "External"
3. Enter the installer name , account ,email or some key words
4. Click “Search”,filter the list of eligible companies
5. Click "Edit"
6. Edit the information that needs to be changed
7. Click "Comfirm"
Reset password
1. Enter the “account list” Page
2. Select "External"
3. Enter the installer name , account ,email or some key words
4. Click “Search” ,filter the list of eligible accounts
5. Click "Reset" ,the installer will get a reset password email
Disable installer account

5. Click "Diasble" ,the installer account will no longer log in to FranklinWH app and Fleet view
